Christmas Book w/Christi

This class can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people.  Class length 3-4 hours

Class fee includes all supplies.

In this class students will turn a 12x12 sheet of paper into a 7 page Christmas book complete with tags and a detachable ornament.  We will be using the Tim Holtz Vagabond machine and Christmas stamps, Distress Inks, sticky back canvas, adornments and other ephemera to complete the book.  These would make the most Delightful Gifts for those hard to buy for friends and family on your gift giving list!  Class Sample on display at the store.

Crystalline Angel

This is a 2 hour class that can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people.

Class Fee includes ALL supplies.

Join Christi for this quick and easy class.  She will show students how to create these Divinely inspired angels that will be the perfect accompaniment to your Holiday Decor or gift giving. 

Funky Fragmented Bracelet w/Christi

This is a 4 hour class that can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people.

Class fee includes all supplies.

Do you love charm bracelets as much as I do???  Then join me as we turn Tim Holtz Fragments into an ARTabulous bracelet that will be the envy of all your friends.  Students will learn how to create and design mini collages that can be showcased as charms, faux etching techniques, and how to add color and depth with alcohol inks.  We'll throw in some metal elements to kick the charm factor up a notch or two  Once you learn how easy it is to create these dazzling works of art, you will want to make them for all the ARTful Divas on your gift giving list!

Please bring jewelry pliers or tools if you have them.

Tim Holtz Patchwork Collage w/Christi

This class can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people.

In this class students will use a variety of Tim Holtz products and techniques to create a delightfully playful and dcorative patchwork board ready to sprucing up the most discriminating of artful spaces.  Acrylic paints, magic crayons, decorative tape, patterned papers, art stamps, and Ideaology elements will be used and explored.  Sample is on display at the store. Mixed-Media Sampler w/Kelly-Kelly

This class can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people.  Please allow 4 hours for class.

Back by popular demand and for all of youy whom missed this the first go round...From transfers using gel-medium and gesso...to crackle medium brought to life using "magic" crayons...students will create a colorful visually interesting mixed-media sampler.  This class offers an opportunity to explore a variety of techniques as well as exciting, often unexpected supplies. 

Paper Bag/Beer Coaster Mini Journal

This class can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people.  Please allow 2 1/2 hours for class.

Don't you just love beer coasters?  I do!  Especially the ones that come shaped like the name of micro brews!!  I just can't help myself and end up asking everyone at the bar if I can have their coaster!  So, if you, like me, enjoy recycling these bar adornments, then join Christi as we transform them and an ordinary paper grocery sack into a workable art journal that you can carry in your purse or bag.

Advanced Soldering ala. Tim Holtz

This class can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people

Class length 5-6 hours

Includes all supplies...if you have your own soldering iron please bring it.

Using different elements such as dies from his Vagabond machine and baubles from his Ideaology line, we will add some Tim Holtz elements to this project.  You must have previous soldering experience.  Students will learn how to cut glass, size glass, grind glass on a grinding machine, prepare art for soldering, soldering on a curver, and the adding of jump rings and blingage to your soldered piece.

Caged Pixies Mixed Media Project

This class can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people.

Class length 3 hours.

You asked for some Somerset Studio projects, so here you go!  Join Christi for a night of frivolity and fun!  Students will each make their very own miniature bird cage complete with swinging pixie!  All supplies included.

"It's Hip To Be Square" Inchie Graffiti Art

This class can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people. 

4-5 hours.

Join Christi for a fun afternoon creating an 8" x 16" canvas in a fun graffiti style using "inchies" as the focal point.  A sample is on display at the store.  Please bring the following tools if you have them:  non-stick craft sheet, 18" ruler, old toothbrush, old credit card, and a graphite pencil.  (I do have these tools if you do not have your own-or they are for sale at the store).  The class fee includes all supplies.

A Touch of Tim Tower

This class can be scheduled if you have 2 or more people

Class time 3.5-4.5 hours

Come make this fun and elegant tower with Christi...students will use elements from the Tim Holtz collection of products. Each tower is stacked on a decorative box that actually opens. Sample is on display at the store. Class fee of $35 includes all supplies. Please call the store to register.
