The Creative Underground At Timeless Creations

Come join local mixed-media artist Kelsi Andersson as she helps you to create a work of art out in our Cozy Cottage!  Enjoy some drinks and lighthearted conversation, chat with old friends, while making new, and maybe throw in a little dance or two!  Kelsi supplies the canvas, paints, brushes, aprons and instruction.  All you need is to bring your favorite beverage and an ARTfully delightful spirit.  Everyone is guaranteed to leave with a completed painting and a smile on your face!

Women have been gathering together and celebrating the cycles of the moon since ancient times.  It was, and continues to be a form of celebration that grounds human beings in the spiritual and cyclical nature of things.  As such, I would like you to join me inside the Red Tent as we celebrate the specific energies and properties of each month's New Moon

Each gathering is an opportunity to gather with other women, an opportunity for experiencing the Red Tent, and a focus for those whom are "Looking for something more.".  Join Christi and tap into the ancient wisdom available to all for recognizing and growing your soul purpose and living a joyful life.

In this class Dot will teach students how to create rich and textured backgrounds usning just a few essential art supplies.  Class fee includes all materials.  Students are encouraged to bring a lunch.  Stop by the store to view class sample or to register.  You can also sign up by calling 970-419-3186.

Learn how to emboss papers, how to cut out images using the variety of die-cuts, how
to cut only a single item on a die cut,and how to make your own stamps. We will
learn all of these techniques as we assembled the pages and parts into a cute
little journal! Of course, we will add some metal Tim Holtz embellishments to
the finished project and will use Distress Inks to age and color up the pages.

If you have been looking for ways to excavate your authentic soul, deepen as a human being, and tap into your creative spirit...then this may be the group for you.

This will be a small group of 5-7 women that will gather inside the Red Tent. We will explore the power of women and ways we can excavate our authentic and creative spirits through book reading, mindful exercises, journaling, artful practices, and meaningful rituals.

Why, you may be asking yourself, do we have to meet in the evening...because I believe that something transformative occurs to women whom gather under the stars and who pay homage to the natural rhythms of the moon cycles.

I am asking that participants must be able to make a minimum of a 6 month commitment prior to joining the group.  The fee is $25/month, and as I said, it is limited to 5-7 women (should we get more women than that interested...then by all means we will start another group!).

Once you contact me with your interest and are sure of your willingness to participate and commit to the 6 months, then I will talk with you about all the specific details.
